Many ISPs now are blocking all use of SMTP that is not their own. They are encouraging users to use the outgoing SMTP of their ISP instead of that of Valuehost. This will not impact your email delivery nor change the FROM. Simply configure your outgoing SMTP server to be that of your ISP
